The long awaited stock centre is finally operational after a superb makeover. While the former brand has downgraded its stockcentre to a smaller premises in Tg. Pagar Rd, AVITA's premises certainly boosts confidence to whoever sets foot in this cosy showroom.

How I Started In Network Marketing

How It All Started

Leaving the army after 13 years and giving my all but not reciprocated with a single cent after the day I left my active service confirms one certainty about being an employee; your income stops the day you stopped being employed. I also accept that the day will come when income from selling real estate will stop when I stop selling real estate. I will certainly not stress myself in the administration of my real estate business in my retiring years just to maintain the agency for income which is neither passive nor residual. What I can long for would probably be profit from land invested overseas. My linear income might come to a complete stop one day, and in the worst scenario, it could happen anytime without warning! I hesitated 5 years ago in preparing myself for such an eventuality by getting involved in a business that can continue to provide residue income to take care of at least my family‘s needs the day my linear income stops. That was a mistake with an opportunity cost of 5 years. Joining AVITA puts me right back on track in designing my destiny.
